Tea ceremony in the desert with Cantata varieties

Tea Ceremony in Desert

Event format

The tea ceremony is held in the evening in the desert area near Dubai. It starts 60 minutes before sunset. Duration — 2.5–3 hours. Groups are formed individually. Standard configuration: 2–6 guests, personal guide, tea master, round-trip transfer, Arabic style table setting.

Location

The tour takes place in an open area with a view of the sunset. A tent or open table setting on carpets is used. Minimal light, no urban infrastructure, clear visual horizon line. There is no car noise at the service point. The sand is fine-grained, light in color, without large stones. Air temperature — from 20 to 33°C depending on the season.

Table setting

Low stands, ceramic teapots, porcelain dishes are used. The main emphasis is on the texture, sound when pouring and the smell of the drink. The ceremony is accompanied by soft background music or complete silence (optional). Accompanying dishes: dates, almonds, light sesame crunch, still water. Alcohol and sugar are not served.

Tea selection

All items are provided by the Cantata brand. Only natural leaves. No artificial flavors. Each variety is revealed at the correct brewing temperature, which is manually controlled on site. We recommend one variety per two guests.

Main varieties available:

  • Assam Jamun Amchong TGFOP — black tea with notes of red apple and honey
  • Ceylon Highland Organic Green Tea — green tea with soft bitterness, grown at an altitude of 1600 m
  • Golden Snail — red Chinese tea, twisted spirals, mineral aroma
  • Darjeeling FTGFOP1 SF Margaret's Hope — black tea from the second flush, shades of nuts and flowers
  • Bai Cha Jinggu — white tea with a soft taste and a moist woody aftertaste
  • Da Hong Pao — dark oolong, rare tea category, light smoke, amber infusion
  • Golden Monkey — Chinese tea with a velvety structure and caramel body
  • Golden Nepal FTGFOP1 SF — black tea from Nepal, balance of sweetness and tartness

Terms

All teas are served in quantities from 50 to 100 g per group. Brewed in stages: the first infusion to evaluate the aroma, the second for taste, the third for volume. Additional varieties can be ordered 24 hours before the tour. Minimum number of participants - 2. Maximum - 12 (by individual agreement).

Equipment

Japanese scales, ceramic teapots, armud glasses, glass decanters for cold tea are used. Thermometers for brewing are contact, without a digital scale. Brewing is carried out by a master trained by a Cantata technologist.

Aromatic effect

Each ceremony is accompanied by diffusion of tea in the air. Some of the jars remain open to create a background. The effect is achieved due to the natural essential compounds in the composition of Cantata. They are especially pronounced in varieties with nutmeg, fruits, smoked shades.

Purpose

The product is created for connoisseurs of calm and sensory relaxation. Used as a gastronomic tour, as a romantic dinner without food, as a corporate event without dynamics and noise. Does not require active involvement, focuses on taste and perception.
